Processing Times

All items are handcrafted in Christchurch, Dorset. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During peak periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

UK Delivery – Bread Boards

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £5

• Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £10

• Complimentary Standard Delivery on orders over £200

Bespoke Commissions & Larger Pieces

Delivery arrangements and associated costs for bespoke commissions are agreed individually as part of the commission contract.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Delivery times typically range between 7–14 business days depending on destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.

Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed Christmas delivery within the UK, please place Standard Delivery orders by 18 December.
